Scotty (7 years)

🐢 Good with other dogs
🐱 Not tested with cats
πŸ‘Ά Not tested with children but older children would be considered

Scotty has been in OUR care for a long time, overcoming his shyness and working hard to make friends. From a timid and scared boy to a gentleman who has gained his fosterers trust and accepting small amounts of fuss.

Scotty, 7 years old, is an older boy searching for his retirement home. He’s hoping to find his resting place where he can soak up the sun and relax within the home comforts he may never have experienced before. His new family must be understanding of his requirements, patience is a must and a slow approach is key.

Walking on the lead is unknown for Scotty, along with many other basic experiences many people take for granted. He will need gentle and caring guidance when these are approached but his new family will be repaid with love and loyalty overall.

Scotty is a big softie, weighing around 35kg so will appreciate a large garden. His teeth are worn down highlighting his sad and unkind past, most likely having to endure the pain of eating stones to survive.

He’s good with other dogs and just longs for a chance for his happy ever after.
