Our handsome 7-year-old gentleman with a black and white coat and the kindest soul. Freckles has been waiting over four years to find a family after he was rescued from a kill shelter. It’s finally his turn to find the love and warmth of a real home.

Freckles has come such a long way in the past year. Once shy and withdrawn, he’s truly blossomed under the care of his loving foster. For a long time, he was nervous and unsure, but recently, he’s discovered the joys of being out and about. He’s now walking confidently on the lead and absolutely loves his outings into the play area. This transformation has been incredible to witness, and it's clear he’s ready for the next step in his journey.

Weighing in at 25kg and 50cm tall, Freckles is friendly, sociable, and full of playful energy. He thrives on affection and loves a fuss!

Freckles is great with children and loves to play gently with them. He gets along very well with other dogs too. He's playful, respectful, and would be happy living with other dogs or as the only dog in the home.

Freckles has never shown any aggression and can be touched all over without any concerns. His time in the shelter means he might take a little while to adjust to the comforts of a home, but once he does, he'll reward your patience with endless loyalty and love.
