Alina’s Shelter - Update

As we are sure you all know by now, we've been working hard to raise funds to make Alina's shelter fully legal in Romania. While the nearby kill shelter is recognised by the government in its horrific state, Alina's wonderful home for the dogs is not, so we have to spend thousands on upgrading pens, building extra rooms and even working on things like drainage.

OUR supporters haven't let us down and we're getting closer to reaching our target with our Crowdfunder appeal. Over the last few weeks, we've started ordering building supplies which are now arriving at Alina's place, ready for when the workers can start in another few weeks.

It's so exciting to see the materials arriving, and to think about how much work will be going on over the next few months.

As a small rescue, we doubted we would raise as much as we needed, and have celebrated all of the little milestones along the way!

Please keep sharing and donating - your support means so much to us!
