OUR Football Sponsorship

The Harwich and Parkeston Women’s Football team played their first match yesterday after only forming a few months ago.

Thanks to the generous people in his home town, OUR Dog Foundation supporter Jason Summerfield has managed to raise the funds needed to get the OUR logo on the team’s kit for the next 2 seasons. 

At every home match a donation bucket will be in place and OUR Dog Foundation will receive 50% of the money to help save more dogs from the kill shelters and give them a chance of a life they deserve.

Last night we received £40 which will go towards sponsoring Sasha, the Firework Pups’ mum, for a month.

The team are also selling their shirts, with each sale donating £5 to OUR Dog Foundation.

Although the team lost their match 4-3 in the last minute to Stanway Rovers, their future looks bright.

We wish them all of the best for their future games and can’t thank them enough for helping OUR dogs.
