The real victims of the transport ban… the dogs

Sadly due to the transport ban being put into place in April, it has meant that none of our lovely dogs have been able to travel to their forever homes. Many of them had found amazing adopters but sadly most dropped out as the ban kept being extended. This is understandable and we are truly sorry to those adopters. However, the ones who are suffering the most are the dogs, especially our M pups. This beautiful litter has grown up in a pen. They are loved and looked after by our wonderful foster but have missed out on the experience of growing up in a home environment. Daily walks, dog toys, their own comfy bed and endless attention. These dogs don't have that and they deserve it just as much as any dog. Through this unfair ban, the government is punishing the genuine rescues but most importantly, the dogs are the ones suffering through no fault of their own. Our M pups are no longer tiny pups so adopters are few and far between for them. Our hearts break everyday for these puppies. They've lost homes, some have lost sponsors and they've all lost interest.

The ban is due to lift on 2nd September and we are truly hoping it does. We just want to say thank you to all the adopters who are still waiting for their dogs, we see you, appreciate you and thank you. We know how hard this is for you too. Also a huge thank you to all our sponsors helping us at an extremely difficult time, especially those who may have dropped out from the adoption process but continue to support the dog through sponsorship, that means a lot to us so thank you.

If you can find it in your heart to adopt one of our M pups, please do get in touch with the page. They are such lovely, friendly dogs who will give you endless amounts of love. They are so deserving of families. Additionally if you'd like to sponsor them or any of our other dogs, please sign up here: https://ourdogfoundation.org/store-doggy.../sponsor-a-dog
