Please meet Eeyore!

He has been in his UK foster home since October, after almost being left behind in Romania when his siblings all went for adoption. In the last few months, he has blossomed and really shown what an incredible pup he is!

At approximately 11 months old, Eeyore is a bigger pup weighing around 27kg. He is neutered and has had surgery on a neck lump which the vet has given him the all clear for! Eeyore is currently living with his foster family in Newport, but is a superstar in the car so could travel to his new home.

He has been the perfect gentleman in his foster home, being incredibly patient and loving with all the people and animals in the home. He is great with the other dogs in the home, although likes to play on his terms and definitely doesn’t mind letting them play while he naps! His gentleness is evident around the toddler in the home, he is happy to spend time around her, and even have cuddles. Eeyore has so much love to give and can’t wait to settle into a family of his own in the new year. He has mastered being left alone for short periods of time, is getting on well with his recall and walks beautifully on lead! Also, he is not bothered by small furries, as he has shared his foster home with rabbits and guinea pigs, both of which he now ignores. He would love a home where he can spend time having cuddles with his humans, and a garden to potter about in after his walks.

We think his foster has summed him up the best by saying “I feel like Eeyore is amazing and everything about him is a good selling point”.
