Sparky’s story hasn’t been the easiest — he was hit by a car and then heartlessly dumped at a kill shelter just when he was starting to feel better. But you’d never guess it from his sunny personality! This brave boy has bounced back with wagging tail and a heart full of trust, even to people he hasn’t met before.

Now safe and healthy, Sparky spends his days happily playing at the shelter with all his dog pals. He’s super social — he gets along beautifully with other dogs, is gentle with children, and is even friendly with cats!

Sparky would thrive in an active home with a garden where he can zoom around and enjoy daily adventures. He walks well on a lead and would love to be your walking, hiking, or adventure buddy.
