Our gentle 10-year-old lady who’s spent far too long waiting for the love she truly deserves. Weighing 40kg, Zoe is a calm companion who walks beautifully on the lead and is happiest when she’s getting a fuss or making new friends—she’s friendly with strangers and has a heart full of love to give.

Zoe has spent years in our shelter, and now it’s her time to shine. She’s ready for a peaceful retirement home where she can enjoy the comforts of a soft bed, companionship, and the simple joys of being part of a family at long last.

She’s good with other dogs, but would do best in an adult-only home where life is calm and predictable. She hasn’t been tested with cats. Due to her age, we’ll be arranging her travel in the cooler autumn months, to make sure her journey is as safe and comfortable as possible. Her teeth do show her age sadly but she doesn’t struggle to fill her belly!

Zoe is the kind of dog who will quietly become your best friend—she doesn’t ask for much, just a place to rest, affection, and someone to finally call her own.
