Countdown to Christmas - Day 12
Please meet Zeus!
Our gorgeous Zeus has had a rough start to life, being “rescued” from a hoarding situation, to then be tossed into the kill shelter to die He has shown what a strong dog he is, being one of a very small handful of puppies who survived parvovirus without any medical intervention in the kill shelter. He is ready to leave his awful past behind, and have a family to call his own!
Zeus is now approximately 1 year old and weighs around 17kg. He is expected to only put on a little bit more weight, so will be medium sized as an adult. Although he is only a young dog, unfortunately he was neutered at only around 20 weeks old in the kill shelter prior to release
He is a really friendly boy, who loves having some cuddles and attention. He has not had any experience on a lead, so will need basic training before going on his adventures! Since he has always been used to being around a huge amount of dogs, we think another dog in his home would help her to handle the transition a little better and help his confidence
