Sunday Success: Nova’s journey to a loving home

Meet Nova, a brave pup who started his journey scared and confused, with matted fur and a broken heart after being abandoned. But hope was just around the corner!

Thanks to the incredible Alina in Uricani, Nova received the care he desperately needed. After a much-needed haircut, this sweet boy began to come out of his shell, revealing his loving personality.

Enter Jane, who instantly fell in love with Nova in 2022. She was looking to fill the void left by the loss of her beloved dog and found a perfect companion in Nova. Now, he enjoys a life full of love and joy with Jane and his new furry sibling, Poppy.

‘I’ve had Nova for over two years and OUR Dog Foundation were fantastic and kept in touch all the way through the adoption process. When he arrived, he was naturally very timid but after a few days, he came out of his shell. He is the most amazing loving little dog and so protecting of my other dog, Poppy.

I wasn’t really looking for another dog but when I saw his photo in the Romanian kennels, I knew that I just had to have him. Everyone who comes into contact with Nova loves him and he has smiles and kisses for everyone. He’s just amazing!’
