🌟 **Sunday Success: Shelby’s Journey from Survival to Love** 🌟

In the heart of the Romanian mountains, three young tourists from Spain stumbled upon a heartbreaking sight - a tiny, wounded puppy, barely clinging to life. Alone and abandoned, she had no chance of survival. But these kind strangers refused to leave her behind. They rushed her to a vet for urgent care and then brought her to Alina, giving her a fighting chance. They named her Gordita, and at just 5 or 6 weeks old, her journey to a better life had begun.

Under the dedicated care of Alina, Gordita slowly regained her strength. She grew into a playful, affectionate pup, and by early 2023, she was ready for her forever home. That’s when Carrie, Edd, and their three boys—Travis, Cody, and Connor—stepped in. Alongside their cat, Jelly, they welcomed her into their family and gave her a new name: Shelby.

Now, Shelby is thriving, surrounded by love, laughter and plenty of adventures…

“This little girl has been with us for nearly two years now. She is my tranquility along with my cat with a household of 4 boys.

I have always been calm with Shelby when taking her out for a walk. I have never shown any anxiety inside me for her to react.

She has a great life with us, well I think so, 😂 She comes to the race track with us and knows everyone; all the kids love to get there dog therapy from her. She comes on our caravan holidays. I especially love it when she zooms everywhere, on the beach in particular, it so beautiful to see. She is never too far away. She is a beauty.” X
