Kate adopted Apache from O.U.R Dog Foundation in December 2020

Kate says…

‘Initially we were worried as we didn’t know if Apache would get on with our existing dog(who is another rescue dog and vice versa. Although he was a little shy at first, he’s more relaxed, responds really well to commands, is great on the lead and absolutely loves his fur-sister.

My advice would be to remember that the dogs have had a traumatic time so be prepared to put some work in. Just be patient and kind. Don’t get a dog lightly but if you do, you’ll not be disappointed.’
