URGENT: We Need Sponsors Now More Than Ever

Just as our volunteers were leaving for the airport today, two more dogs were found abandoned next to the bins on a main road. Thankfully, Iuli rushed to collect them and bring them safely to the shelter.

That makes five new intakes in just one week — Lorelai, Oreo, Hera, and now a mum and her puppy who have been affectionately named Toffee and Popcorn. That’s five extra bellies to feed, five more lives depending on us… and we still don’t have sponsors for all the dogs already in our care.

People often think that once a dog is at the shelter, they’re safe. The truth is, without sponsors, we simply can’t keep rescuing. Our food bills, vet costs, and daily expenses are growing faster than our support can keep up — and we’re reaching breaking point.
