Volunteers on Tour

Emma and Irma, two of OUR volunteers spent an amazing week in Romania meeting our lovely foster, Alina!

They spent hours cleaning pens and tending to the dogs. They walked miles each day ensuring they were exercised and helping them to get use to the lead and accepted the challenge to test them with the resident cat!

Emma and Irma worked from dawn until dusk learning as much as possible about OUR dogs and spent many heartbroken moments in the public shelter, meters from where they slept!

During their time spent there, it was clear how much time and love Alina and her family put into these dogs-they really are treated like family and we are devoted to finding homes for each and every one of them!
