Mac: 6 months, medium

This sweet 6-month-old pup has a gentle heart and soft, soulful eyes. Mac is currently in Romania, but we’re hoping to find him the perfect forever home in the UK, where he can finally feel safe and loved.

Mac is expected to be medium-sized once fully grown. He’s a shy little boy, still finding his paws in the world. Life hasn’t been easy so far, but with kindness and patience, Mac is already starting to come out of his shell at the shelter.

To help him truly thrive, Mac needs an adult-only home with a calm, steady environment. A young, friendly resident dog is a must – he finds comfort and confidence in canine companionship and loves to follow their lead.

We find more shy puppies become more withdrawn if they grow up at the shelter with limited interaction, so we are keen to find him a home before this happens like it has to so many other pups.
