O.U.R Dog Foundation

Last year we had the joy of rescuing a puppy from O.U.R foundation and the experience has been truly life-changing. From the very beginning, the rescue organization was caring, transparent, and deeply committed to the welfare of these dogs. They guided us through every step. We’re so grateful we chose to adopt, and I can’t recommend this rescue enough for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication they show to every dog they save

I adopted Willow 2 months ago and it was the best thing I have done. From the very first time I made an enquiry, they were totally professional. I was well vetted to see if I was suitable to adopt. I was kept well informed on all aspects of the process, from applying, paying, and when she would be arriving. I was kept informed on her travel here. If anyone is thinking of adopting a dog from abroad, I would look no further than OUR Dog Foundation.

The adoption process was very thorough and informative. We were kept updated throughout. Communication was excellent. Lots of advice and support on hand when/if needed. Thank you for Lambie!

O.U.R Dog Foundation were so brilliant at asking the right questions that really made sure I had done my homework & considered what adopting a rescue would be like day to day. I felt really confident that they had the very best interests of the dogs at the core of what they do. My girl has changed my life forever in the most incredible way, and I will be forever grateful to the brilliant team.

Brownie came to us from Romania about 4 years ago through OUR Dog Foundation. There were some difficult times but we persevered and I am so glad we did. OUR give good advice of what to do with your new rescue. Take the advice and stick to it as they know what they are talking about. We even have holidays specifically around Brownie where she gets spoilt now!

This is Enid who I adopted nearly 4 yrs ago. She was the complete opposite to most Romanian rescues as she couldn't wait to go from the van to my house. She didn't hide away and was so confident. She is one of the most laid back and funny dogs but she is an escape artist and she has no fear of traffic.

OUR Dog were fantastic when they arranged for us to adopt this amazing little lad. We had tried without success to adopt a UK dog. We were refused so many times even though we are experienced dog owners already. Instead of placing hurdles in front of us they worked with us. We are very blessed to have him in our lives. Wow, I can't say enough great things about OUR Dog Foundation! I was a first time adopter, excited but worried, and they were wonderful every step of the way. I really appreciated all the vetting they did of potential adopters and all the care each dog clearly received in the shelter in Romania. It will be 1 year next month since my fur baby came into my life. Best thing I ever did!!

We adopted Skittles from OUR last October. From a cute photo that we instantly fell in love with, to finally having our little bundle of furry goofball living with us, OUR were amazing. Asking thought provoking questions at the initial contact, making sure we knew what we were taking on, to keeping up fully up to date on the transport process and always there if we had any questions or worried, they are truly wonderful.

I can’t thank the ladies at O.U.R enough for the chance to give Negry her forever home. From start to finish, the whole process was amazing and even now the aftercare we receive is more than I thought. We can keep in touch with the other adopters through WhatsApp and share our milestones & pictures. I’ve received my best friend and for this I’m forever grateful.
